    i've been outside pulling weeds, spraying weeds and picking up trash. i'll be in the basement breaking down boxes and getting the basement in order from the move.

        Hi Skyye

        Sorry for not reporting in after my holiday sooner, but as you will see below, I haven’t had a minute to even turn on the computer. But I have done loads of exercise!

        Tues 22nd May Pilates

        I went to Sweden for a week’s holiday where we packed in so much site seeing that my feet hurt with all the walking we did each day. Didn’t count the miles, but we must have walked for between 2 and 4 hours every day. Unfortunately we had a disaster as we were heading home.

        Wed 23rd May Walking and climbing stairs

        Thurs 24th May Walking

        Fri 25th May Walking

        Sat 26th May Walking

        Sun 27th May Walking

        Mon 28th May Walking

        Tues 29th May Yet more walking

        Wed 30th May Walking and half carrying my 6 ft 4 husband when he fell on the way to the airport in Sweden and (as we found out a day later) broke his hip. Then getting him back home, up the stairs and into bed!

        Thurs 31st May Lots of stair climbing and supporting husband (with broken hip) from bedroom downstairs to car and then to the hospital for an x-ray when they refused to send an ambulance. He was then taken to another hospital by ambulance and admitted to an orthopaedic trauma ward where they are trying to decide when to operate.

        Friday 1st June – endless dashing about, walking round hospital, to and from car park 3 times, up and down hospital stairs and running up and down stairs at home collecting things to take to the hospital. Not sure if this counts as exercise, but it was certainly exhausting!

        Sat 2nd June – think I’ll count this as a rest day as I only went to the hospital twice.

              I jogged walked 1 hour (4.8 miles), which is the best I have done in over ten years!

                Skyye, Im so sorry my exercise reporting keeps getting backed up. My computer has really had a mind of its own lately.

                Anyway, tuesday and thursday were rest days and wednesday, friday and saturday (today) I walked with my doggies.

                Again, so sorry. I think we got the problem taken care of, we had to call "The Geek Squad" because my husband and I are basically computer illiterate. Stupid computer.
