        I'd like to join please! I just started back on Atkins yesterday. I have a dislocated toe so I'll try to do some exercise for 3 days a week. Good Luck to everyone!

            Can I pledge 6/7, have walked loads today so have started already. I start induction tommorow, and hope exercise will help distract me from any cravings and stop me cheating

            a Bikini awaits the poor holiday makers of Majorca in later september for their sakes I have to make it as palatable as possible

            (I should seriously be be banned from using smilies , there more addictive that carbs!!!)

                WOW, it looks like I found this challenge just in time. I can use all the support and accountability I can find. So, if someone would tell me what "6WEC" means, I sign up for 5/7. It may all be yard work, cleaning stalls, and stability ball (while a tendon in my foot heals), but I'll do it by gosh

                              OMG!! I didnt realise the time had flown so fast! As I have been updating by pm to Skyye lately I hadnt noticed the last 6wec was over and a new one started.

                              I'm in (better late than never) as it does really keep me accountable.

                              4/7 again please..

                                38.5-Fullest part of chest (is that supposed to be over or under the breasts? cuz i did over...

                                12.5- each Upper arm (is this supposed to be bicep flexed???)
                                26.5 -each Thigh (is this supposed to be at the widest point???)
