                    Sorry I have not been able to post for the past few days, here is what I have been doing:

                    Today: climbed stairs for 20 minutes.
                    6/11: walked and did stairclimber for 1.5 hours.
                    6/10: walked 30 minutes
                    6/9: Jogged/walked 1 hour
                    6/8: stair climber 1 hour
