Sorry again Skyye. Ive been slacking on posting my exercise. As part of the "I am worth it" challenge I will be trying harder to post everyday.
Sat June 9th: Walked the dogs for 3 miles.
Sun June 10th: Rest day.
Mon June 11th: Walked the dogs for 3 miles and worked out with 5 lb. dumbells for 15 minutes.
Tue June 12th: Rest Day.
