    jogging 3 miles, walking 0.75 miles




    1st mini goal- 225 lbs.-Done!
    2nd mini goal-199 lbs.-Done!

          I wanted to post my results for this challenge since I will be out of town the next week and won't have internet access.

          I lost 13 lbs and 21 inches in six weeks!!! Good luck everybody and see you for WEC 36.

                      More walking and housework and rushing around trying to get dh to his office - bit of a nightmare trying to lift him up steps with his crutches etc, but we made it. I know this isn't a recognised form of exercise (and I am doing walking and Pilates when I get a chance) but I can't remember working so hard!
