    I'll come back and post mine once I've got the chart updating done.

    Remember you have until Saturday, June 23rd to post results and check to be sure you're up to date on the chart to be considered for awards. Awards will be done on Sunday, June 24th.

    No change - Under arms, around chest
    -.25 - Fullest part of chest
    No change - Ribcage
    -.50 - Waist
    -1.00 - Hips
    -.25x2 - Upper arm x 2
    -.50x2 - Thigh x 2
    -3lbs - Weight

    So thats 2.25 inches and 3 lbs lost.

      Here are my results:
      Chest: Start: 40 Finish: 38.5 (-1.5)
      Bust: S: 43, F: 41.75 (-1.25)
      Ribs: S: 38.75 F: 37 (-1.75)
      Waist: S: 37, F: 35.75 (-1.25)
      Hips: S: 46.5, F: 45.25 (-1.25)
      Left arm: S: 13, F: 13 (0)
      Right arm: S: 13.5, F:13.5 (0)
      Both thighs: S: 27.25, F: 26.5 (-.75 each)
      Calf: S: 17.5, F: 17 (-.5)
      Start weight: 204.4, Finish weight: 195.6 (-8.8 pounds)

      Total Inches Lost: 9
      Total Pounds Lost: 8.8

      And Skyye, just so you know, in the final 2 weeks I had a bunch of sick days because I was in a car accident and was getting put back in place by a chiropractor, I think I missed reporting for several days. Thanks for the challenge!

        here's mine for the 6 weeks:

        Upper Chest: 34/34 same
        bust: 37.5/37 = - .5
        Ribcage: 32/31.5 = - .5
        Waist: 27.5/27.5 = same
        Hips: 39/38 = - 1
        Upper Arm (x2): 11.75/11.5 = - .5
        Thigh (x2): 22/21.5 = - 1
        Total inches lost = - 3.5 inches
        Weight: 185/176 = - 9 lbs
        f/5'6"/38 started Atkins 9/19/06

          Total weight lost = 2.5 lbs

          Just looked at the chart - Mon 7th May was a rest day. Weds 13th was a workout day as was 15th. 16th was rest day. Thanks

                          Keep up the good work!

                          I am not really keeping track of measurements or weight at present so have nothing to post.
                          Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

                          F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
