        i got the yard mowed.
        getting on the bike next
        also added stab ball and flights and a 2 mile hike

          did I log in yesterday? I don't think so. Rode my bike 5 miles yesterday and did my abs
          Today I did my Yoga class 1 1/2 hours... yeah! Feelin' better now.

                did 4 flights of stairs, and 10 minutes cheerleading so far but with do treadmill later...just posting to say......

                I got my bikini for my holiday!! So now its set, I have to get down to a size 16 or else all i'll see on holiday is... faces! lol

                I now have 3 months to drop 2 dress sizes and tone up. For me cause I'm still quite heavy Im going to stick with the treadmill cause I'm managing to stick with that (when ipods on with headphones I walk like i'm beyonce in her movie video waving my arms about to the music so i get a full body workout - I do this is private so no-one see me looking stupid )

                I am going to have to take some drastic action about my water intake....Dont shout at me but i hardly drink anything except maybe 4 cans of diet pop!
                I can stand water and i cant have my low cal high juice on induction. I am planing to have a glass an hour by setting a alarm. I'll let you know if i stick to it

                      I pulled a muscle in my back today at the grocery store lifting a giant bag of cat food! So, today it was just a 1 mile WATP without knee lifts.

                          Weeded my entire back lawn...hauled dirt, peat moss, rocks and cedar bark.

                            I spent about 2 hrs doing yard work today, and just finished up 10 minutes of stretching and crunches on the stability ball.
                            MAY 2010 Challenges
                            ABS-1200, Squats-1200, Lunges-400, PushUps-700, Stability Ball-250 mins,
                            I weigh once a week, Mondays !
