            200 crunches, treadmill 45 minutes, stabilty ball 15 minutes.
            HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
            Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

                              I had a good day today, I walked around twycross zoo with Conell all day, then did 1.5 hrs of Cheerleading, came in and did 30 mins on the treadmill.

                              Starting Dress Size: UK 22 - 1st Goal-wear a size 16/18 Bikini on my Holiday @ end of sept 07. 2nd to be =<168lb by next year so Alan will let me go on holiday to thailand! Ultimate goal to reach my ideal weight of 133lb by Oct 2008 for my trip.
