    mowed the yard of a housebound church member, 1 hour
    and mowed my grass which took about 30 minutes.
    1.4 mile hike

    myjack got his hike done today.

      40 minutes on eliptical, 10 miutes upper body w/resitance bands and 50 crunches.

        3 miles of walking....actually, I ran 1/2 mile within those miles
        50 crunchers this morning 75 crunchers this afternoon...I hope I kept track right.

          200 crunches, 45 minutes on stationary bike. I may walk outside later on if it stops raining.
          HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
          Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

                        I cleaned horse stalls for 3 hours, and still managed (barely) 20 minutes on the stability ball . (If you're not sure that's cardio, just try it )
