Another sick day. Saw osteopath today re my back injury and cannot exercise until I see her again on Monday (nor help to lift my hubby, which is what has probably done the damage in the first place). I am in too much pain to do anything at the moment but was hoping for a miracle recovery so I could at least get back to my Pilates which is all I was finding time for at the moment with caring for my husband. And on top of everything else, as I said yesterday, my husband's operation to repair his hip is going to be a big one so they can't fit it in for a couple of weeks. Not sure how we are going to manage until then.

I think I posted my crunches in the miles, but I think I posted the miles there too. Ugh. I don't know if I'm coming or going these days. LOL.

Tillymum, I hope you and your hubby are better soon. Hang in there, I know it has to be really miserable right now, but it will get better. Do you have access to a pool? Sometimes even walking in the pool helps a little without putting stress on your body.

I walked, mowed the yard, did weights, abs and crunches.
