        the stupid question would be the one not asked, blazin.

        this link show you the first page of the .....
        Six Week Challenge - Exercise Forum

        you will see a thread for each day. for example, the one for today would read.
        6 WEC #37, Week 1, Day 6, Friday, August 3

        the one for yesterday
        6WEC#37 Week 1, Day 5, Thursday, Aug 2nd

        and so one. what ever you did on thursday, aug 2, you should post in that thread.
        what you did on friday, aug 3 goes in the thread. you will end up with one post in each thread. if you take a rest day or you are sick, make a post such as "rest day" or "i'm sick as a dog" or whatever strikes your fancy.


        is that good? do you understand now? if not we'll do it again till we have it right.

              I never took measurements because i cant find my tape measurer, but I was 145.5 when I started this 6WEC.
