Tues. July 23--- rest day
Wed. July 24--- walking 8 hrs at amusement park
Thurs. July 25--- 1 mile running
Fri. July 26--- 2 1/2 miles walking/running (Galloway method)
1st mini goal- 225 lbs.-Done! 2nd mini goal-199 lbs.-Done! 3rd mini goal-189 lbs.-Done! 4th mini goal- 179 lbs. 6WEC #37
Thanks Apple! I also went back and figured out when this started so I know I lost 5 lbs now too! I haven't checked in faithfully everyday, but I did meet my goal of 5 times a week exersize... I know that because I earned the presidential challenge and you only get it if you earn your stars... which I did... lol! I'm such a pre-schooler! I want a star! I want a star! Gotta exersize so I get my star! lol!
Whatever works I guess! huh? and it did work for me....
