              sky, i can't see the update for week 6. it's showing me week 5 July 15th -21st.

                8.5 inches and 5 pounds gone!

                Exercise helped me lost 17 pounds and 42.5 inches since April....thanks to the SWEC's, I challenged myself to keep going!

                Thanks for all you do, Skyye! It's been a great 6 (plus 6 from last time=12weeks of my life)!

                    Skyye, week 6 looks the same as week 5.

                    Thanks for doing this, it really helps me to exercise when there are days when I'd rather not. Thanks for keeping us on track!

                        Hi Skyye,

                        I have been exercising but very inconsistently towards the end of this challenge - and I haven't been posting. It doesn't matter too much at this point as I slugged out a fair bit.

                        Results: I've lost 5 3/8 inches and 2lbs which is amazing considering my slackness - it must be the bodypump

                          WOW!! Look at all those shrinking numbers!!! Congrats everyone for a hard-working month!!!!!

                          I lost 7 inches and 3.5 pounds. I'm a happy camper!
