        30 minute walk while pushing the stroller and 30 minutes on eliptical.

                            so I didnt get to work out yesterday..worked late plus felt like crap so I am switching my day off from Sunday to Thursday..

                            Meaning I am working out this sunday...still a little brain foggy this am..
