    Tues Jul 31-- ran 3 miles, Wed Aug 1-- rest day, Thurs Aug 2-- 15 min aqua jogging, Fri Aug 3-- 5k race




    1st mini goal- 225 lbs.-Done!
    2nd mini goal-199 lbs.-Done!
    3rd mini goal-189 lbs.-Done!
    4th mini goal- 179 lbs.

              30 minutes on eliptical, 5 min jump rope and 100 crunches.

                200 crunches, 40 minutes on stability ball, 1 hour on treadmill, and lots of stretches.
                HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
                Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

                  ds moved out tonight so myjack and i spent a couple hours carrying boxes and furniture and climbing stairs.

                  we have our committed days done so this was just an added smiley face.
