    just got done with 55 minutes of walking, lets just say 1 hour

                  20 minutes stability ball, 200 crunches, 1 hour stationary bike, and lots of stretches.
                  HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
                  Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.
