    Getting this started for a change instead of being the last to post

    More heavy housework and then a Pilates session while hubby was having a sleep. He is slowly recovering from major hip surgery and a fracture repair but needs lots of help with everything so I am getting tons of exercise running up and down stairs!

          1 hour stairstepper, 20 min stability ball, 200 crunches, and lots of stretches.
          HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
          Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.
