      40 min on the eliptical and planning another 30 min walk this afternoon.

        60 minutes very energetic pilates and 60 minutes high impact body conditioning followed by 30 minutes treadmill (Day 2 Rung 0 of c25k completed)

                Walked 4 miles and biked 3 miles... did my 175 abs and 45 pushups... stretched too.
