    not that it matters, sky but i checked the chart and see jack missing a day i didn't report.
    week 2 , day 5 he took a rest day.

    i'll add today's stuff when it happens.

    edit....
    i attempted a walk and got rained out.
    got 30 minutes of stab ball work done

    myjack takes a rest day

    30 mins weightlifting, 48 mins cycling




    1st mini goal- 225 lbs.-Done!
    2nd mini goal-199 lbs.-Done!

            40 minutes weights, 25 minutes treadmill plus 30 minutes stationary bike tonight!
