    walked/jogged 1 mile, 20 min ellipical machine, 200 crunches, and stretches.
    HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
    Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

            rest day for me - though I might do some ball exercises later.

              Sunday Sep 2---rest day, Monday Sep 3---8 hour intense housecleaning, Tuesday Sep 4---30 min swim, Wednesday Sep 5---60 min cycling, 5 min run, Thursday Sep 6---35 min run




              1st mini goal- 225 lbs.-Done!
              2nd mini goal-199 lbs.-Done!
              3rd mini goal-189 lbs.-Done!
              4th mini goal- 179 lbs.
