                              Please note my exercise routine of the following might look more like a comedy routine to some watching me do them:

                              2 sets of 10 reps each: isometyric bicep hold; isometric shoulder hold; wall pushups; boxer; leg extentions; superman; deadbugs;

                              Might I just say OWWWWWWWWWW
