Core Secrets Workout on Stability Ball 25 mins.
I have now changed my goal weight, its now 128lbs instead of 133lbs. I only had 1lb left to reach my original goal weight but still had a spare bit of flab around my tummy!! so i thought i could do with losing another 5lbs.
I will still be within a healthy weight/bmi range for my height 5.5 and age 36.
