                    i spent the day being sick but i was busy putting christmas things away which means alot of flights, picking up and carrying boxes.

                      week four, day 6, dec. 28, friday

                      maybe i forgot to post. i did 30 minutes of biking, 17 accumulated flights, 15 minutes of stab. ball work.

                            Bunch of sickies today! Hope you all feel better soon. It's weird but I haven't been sick sick starting Atkins. Figured it was a by product of giving my body the nutrients it needs to fight things off but if y'all are having so many problems then maybe I'm just lucky.

                            Anyway, 2 miles walk/jog

                              I was never sick until I got married Grant. My DH drags home every bug he can find! I gotta stop kissing that man
