            yes you can!
            you can post your measurements in this thread if you want to be considered for a ribbon at te end of the challenge.

                for anyone new to this challenge, never having done it before or maybe not familiar with things....

                each day has a new thread. you should post daily whether it be exercise, rest day or sick day. just look for the appropriate day and make your post.

                        Also, when you measure your hips? It is hard not to get belly fat in that, so you take that too? The largest part?

                          now that's a quesiton i don't know how to answer. i could venture a guess but sky is the last word on this so i'll let her say one way or the other.

                          until she can get here to anwer, i'd do it both ways. include it and then not, then whatever her answer is, you'll have the numbers.

                            Ok, this is painful but my current weight is 220 and my measurements are:

                            -Under arms, around chest- 41 inches
                            -Fullest part of chest- 46 inches
                            -Ribcage- 39.5 inches
                            -Waist- 38 inches
                            -Hips- 46.5 inches
                            -Upper arm x 2- 27 inches
                            -Thigh x 2- 56 inches

                            But in six weeks I'm sure they will be better!!

                              I'm in on this. I just restarted Atkins today after having a baby 4 months ago. This challenge is perfect. I'll have to get a measuring tape to do measurements but my starting weight is 268.
                              I'm pledging to do some type of exercise at least 4 days a week. Might not be alot a day but it'll be some. I'm so out of shape I have to start out slow.

                              268/268/ 200 by June 30 2008 then who knows....
