    I am up really early for some reason so I thought I would get us started. Today is a Rest Day for me.

        Two mile walk and then running up and down stairs!

                        Fullest part of chest- 40 inches
                        Ribcage- 34 inches
                        Waist- 33 inches
                        Hips- 40 inches
                        Upper arm x 2- 11 1/2 inches
                        Thigh x 2- 22 1/2 inches
                        Weight- 153 pounds

                              was gonna take a rest day but I do not feel complete until I do some sort of exercise
                              so did 55 pushups!!!
