              WOW! You all did fantastic! My results were not nearly as impressive as yours but I was happy to see even a little movement! I was stuck for the longest time! Way to go everyone!

                Well Heidi, you're almost at goal, you're supposed to lose slowly. However, if you want, I can "loan" you, lets say, 75 pounds, that you can work on





                290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!

                    So I lost 7/8 of an inch and gained 3 pounds. At least it's still leaving my waist--exercise really helps! It's a new 6 weeks--gonna lose a bunch this time!
