30 minutes of jogging
100 wall push-ups
100 reps with 10 pound weights
100 lunges
100 leg lifts
100 crunches
100 bicycles
100 jump rope jumps
And another 30 minutes of jogging planned for tonight after my kiddie goes to bed.

Morning: 2 mile walk/run (about 1.3 miles run, the rest walk)
Evening: 30 minutes cardio, and legs and shoulders at the gym with trainer.
