    30 minutes of jogging
    100 wall push-ups
    100 reps with 10 pound weights
    100 lunges
    100 leg lifts
    100 crunches
    100 bicycles
    100 jump rope jumps

    And another 30 minutes of jogging planned for tonight.
    The difference between 'involvement' and 'commitment' is like an eggs-and-ham breakfast:
    the chicken was 'involved' - the pig was 'committed'.

                Missed today.......stuck at the hospital all day long grrrr!! So Rest Day For Me

                        AM: 1 mile walk.

                        PM: 20 min cardio. 1/2 hour on abs. Triceps and Shoulders.

                          Weights, pilates and Body conditioning classes then an hour of stationary bike for me.
