    30 minutes of jogging, with another 30 minutes planned for tonight.
    The difference between 'involvement' and 'commitment' is like an eggs-and-ham breakfast:
    the chicken was 'involved' - the pig was 'committed'.

            Swam 1,000 yards!!! (I'm feeling it too)

              2 minutes on the punching bag
              50 push ups
              25 crunches
              x2x2



              12/28/07 @ 304lbs.
              02/11/08 = 289lbs. Bye Bye 290's FOREVER
              2/24/08 = 285 lbs.
              Going for 160lbs.
