    the daily thread is not started yet???

    i'm fixing to jump on the bike. i'll be doing 30 minutes. add to that 15 min. of stab. ball and 20 flgihts

          Long walk today! I walked so far that I found a new second-hand book shop! I stopped in for a bit and then had the added bonus of carrying about ten books as weights on my way back!

                Treadmill for me today. Now that I have slowed my speed and raised the incline, I like the way it makes me feel like my thighs and bootie are working more.

                By the way, I tried on an Enell sports bra today and it is fantastic. www.enell.com
