        Walking and weights for me.

          30 minutes of jogging
          100 wall push-ups
          100 reps with 10 pound weights
          100 lunges
          100 leg lifts
          100 crunches
          100 bicycles
          100 jump rope jumps

          And another 30 minutes of jogging planned for tonight.
          The difference between 'involvement' and 'commitment' is like an eggs-and-ham breakfast:
          the chicken was 'involved' - the pig was 'committed'.

            Step Aerobics, Treadmill, Elliptical Machine, Bicycle and some weight training......Whew... I think that is the most I have ever done at once but it felt GREAT!!

              Helped a friend move today. Carrying heavy furniture and boxes up and down 2 flights of stairs for a good 2 hours...counting this as my strength training. Goodness knows I'm sore enough!
