    Announcing 6WEC#40 Top 3 and Slug Frees

    Sorry this is a little late

    Five people report their results this time around. Together they lost a total of 42.625 inches and 39 pounds.

    goes to Chicklady for losing 8.75 inches and 14 pounds.

    goes to cafe et creme for losing 10 inches and 6 pounds.

    goes to daione for losing 19.5 inches and 15 pounds.

    Congrats you three!


    22 people started 6WEC#40 and only 14 were still checking in by week 6. 6 of those are slug free.

                  Oh wow, that is fantastic! I would love to be a ribbon winner but I think I would be so proud if I made it slug free! I have a question though, why the **** do I get a cold everytime I got into ketosis really well when I restart atkins? I know about Atkins flu BUT DAMN!
