    WOW! I can't believe I'm starting this today and look at all those 2's!

    Unfortunately I'm posting because I need to drop the challenge this time around. Thanks for all you do Skye!

    30 minutes of jogging with another 30 planned for tonight.
    The difference between 'involvement' and 'commitment' is like an eggs-and-ham breakfast:
    the chicken was 'involved' - the pig was 'committed'.

      Walking and then sit-ups and push-ups.

          Walking on treadmill for me. I did 15 minutes this morning for a half mile and I will do another later today. I have a cold so I can't swim so I am feeling discouraged about how much I do. I know I shouldn't compare myself to others and perhaps this cold is making me feel down but I just don't feel like I am doing very much compared to others.

            Also, I believe this is day3 of the week not 2.

                50 push ups
                10 sit ups (not crunches, real sit ups)

                Going for 160lbs.
