Shouldn't this be day 3, or was Tuesday day 3 but it was marked as day 2, lol?
Jogging 30 minutes
100 reps with 10 pound weights
100 wall push-ups
100 lunges
100 leg lifts
100 crunches
100 bicycles
100 jump rope jumps
With another 30 minutes of jogging planned for tonight.

You have to admit though, Week 2, Day 2, Tue(almostsoundslikeatwo)sday, January 22 was hard to pass up..even though we got two day twos.
Pan, how tall are you? It looks like were are running neck and neck here. I am not going to weigh until the end of the 6WEC either and ...well, I don't want to weigh, but I might freak out and do it since I am so close to being under 200...such a milestone to be in onederland. I think I might have someone in my house hide my scale. That is the only way I can be sure I won't weigh.
Treadmill for me today - one mile
25 Pushups
50 Crunches
25 Hip Thrust
25 Leg extensions (each leg)
25 Side leg lifts (each leg)
I'm stepping it up a little. The main point is, I am doing something every day I pledged. I shouldn't feel discouraged if I don't do as much as others, as long as I do something.

beginning of this and then I did just a few days ago! But now I will REALLY try not to! I put the scale away but I know where it is and it is tempting! Maybe I will take your suggestion and have someone hide it for me so I won't know! I bet you are already under 200 if you haven't weighed since the beginning! By the end of this we will both be under 200 and we can have a celebratory steak (instead of cake!) or something!

Yay! That sounds great!. I am approaching my TOM, I have to be, I almost had a melt down yesterday for no real good reason, just a bunch of small ones. I did have my husband hide the scale.
