Okay, looks like I am starting the thread today. I need some exercise ideas. My tummy is my biggest problem. What exercises are best to get in these jeans.

Ah.....Friday.
30 min of cardio
Abs, back (upper and lower) and biceps.
Then, the jacuzzi. Then, the sauna. Now..............

Oh, ow Prya, I hope you get to feeling better.
I forgot to mention I did floor exercises. It wasn't much but I refused to go to bed without doing something. Also, I did some work around the house yesterday, ventured into that hideous garage and moved some things around.
