          Swimming! I got up to 1,500 yards today.

            Took it a bit easy today due to a nasty cough, but I still want to stay in the habit of working out when I get home. So, I did the Slim in 6 -Slim and Limber workout and I did 75 push ups.

            02/11/08 = 289lbs. Bye Bye 290's FOREVER
            2/24/08 = 285 lbs.
            Going for 160lbs.
