Good job! I can't wait until Pan gets here. I got weighed today and I told the lady I didn't want to know how much I weighed but when we got in the room I said she could tell me if I lost or not and she said I lost 8 pounds!

My sense that even if you didn't ask how much you weighed you still know because you know you lost 8lbs is overruled by my being very happy for you losing 8 pounds!! That's great! You should be very proud of yourself! I don't think I would have been able to resist looking at the scale myself so you should be proud of yourself for that too!
I walked today for my exercise, it was a nice day and it is starting to get lighter in the evenings again!
