    just getting this started with this little note:

    keep plugging away. i know sky is mia right now but don't let that discourage any of you from kicking butt with this challenge.

      I have actually started feeling bad if I don't do something. I was going to take a rest day on Wednesday becuase I had two exams on Tuesday. But I started getting a headache and I went and swam and I got all better!

      I will be swimming again today too.

            Some arms and abs with a trainer (first day assessment so nothing too hard core) and 20min on treadmill
