          I did my swimming!

          I just wanted to say I am very glad I joined the challenge because it has made me accountable and I have sustained my exercise for longer than I have in a long time. I am really glad I found this board.

            I agree! When I don't want to exercise I just think how I don't want one little slip over six weeks to mean that I won't be slug free! It really keeps me accountable.

            I went walking today, explored a whole new part of the city that I didn't know. That has been another good part of this challenge!

              Tape Measure: I've lost 42.5 inches as of 3/15/2008

                  1/2 hour on the treadmill, 25 push ups, 3 minutes on the punching bag

                  02/11/08 = 289lbs. Bye Bye 290's FOREVER
                  2/24/08 = 285 lbs.
                  Going for 160lbs.
