#2. Make a note of your beginning measurements. You do not have to post them here if you aren't comfortable doing that. Just be sure to write them down someplace safe to compare with your measurements at the end of the challenge. Click here for a picture that shows you where to measure.

#2. Tell us whether you exercised, took a rest day or a sick day, or slugged it.

#1. The 3 who lose the most will earn a ribbon. Its determined first by inches and then by pounds.
#2. Those who complete all 6 weeks of the challenge without getting slugged will earn a slug free button. Sick days do not count as slugs.
