    wow I'm actually getting to start this thread!

    Today I did a 50 minute workout video (that kicked my buns!) and worked on the February Monthly Fitness Improvement Challenge

    Have a great workout everyone!

                        Yesterday's workout events:

                        75 squats

                        50 Push ups

                        100 Crunches

                        5 min on treddie

                        Weight training- arms and shoulders

                        Totaol workout time 45 minutes.
