    got the treadmill in today for 1/2 hour.

      yesterday was a rest day today I did my tae bo tape. I also vaccumed my whole house and shoveled the end of my driveway. Does housework count???

                      2 miles walking and 30 minutes on the stability ball.. Even more impressive for me I managed 50 crunches (2 sets of 15 and one set of 20 --- it I can just get all the sets together I will be doing great)...
