    I didn't see a thread started already so I thought I would put it up!

    Walking today for me!

    5'7", 24 years old
    (Re-)Starting Weight- 225-- Current Weight- 164.5 -- Goal Weight- 150

    1st mini goal- 200lbs : Met 5 March 2008!l 2nd mini goal- 185lbs : Met 3 December 2008!l 3rd mini goal- 170lbs: Met 5 February 2009! l 4th mini goal- 160lbs l Goal!- 150lbs

    Yay! I didn't know anyone could start the challenge post! I was wondering where it was! I did tae-bo today and a bunch of other stuff!!

            30 mins on the treadmill. I may go again later if my 4 children allow me, lol

              20 minute walk during lunch. Will walk another 20 to pick the kids up from afterschool care when I get home.

                  12/28/07 @ 304lbs.
                  02/11/08 = 289lbs. Bye Bye 290's FOREVER
                  2/24/08 = 285 lbs.
                  Going for 160lbs.

                            I sliced open my finger on Wed. making lunches, and now have 3 stitches. Not allowed to work out again until Saturday.
                            Start date: 7/29/2007

                            Scale: SW:235 CW:193
                            GW:150

                            Tape Measure: I've lost 42.5 inches as of 3/15/2008

                            Mini goals:
