            i donned the snow boots and went to the park. walking 34 minutes
            then shovelved the porch and walk for 14 minutes

                got my time in on the treadmill today. Trying to not only get 30 mins a day minimum (would prefer an hour) but trying to decrease my 1 mile time. Today I beat my time and got 1 mile in 18:41. Wow Im slow, lol. Oh well not too bad for someone who has never run or jogged before.
