        Hey Smallerizing - don't sell yourself short. The IMPORTANT thing is that you are working out! And in a few months you WILL be saying to yourself - wow, that was a challenge! Congrats!

              Very busy day but got in a walk to the station and back and also at lunchtime, so am counting that.
