Walking, walking, walking. Same yesterday. Sunday night 12 min on Gazelle, rest m-W, (not ideal, but that's how it happened). Thursday 12 min on gazelle.
We've been involved in a pretty intensive convention with my daughter competing in 8 categories this week so I haven't posted. Do I need to post on the day I exercised? Is it too late?
Rest day unless you want to count the numerous times I had to get in and out of the boat to clean it in 90 degree weather
