5 miles pedaling & limited walking
20 minutes of On Demand Exercise TV workout ~ totally different than I've ever done... Just trying to find another workout (cardio) that I might like.... didn't find it today -- anyone have a video/dvd workout they like please let me know... however I need something for BEGINNERS
