Yesterday I did the one mile Walking Away Pounds video.... It was my birthday and we were trying to figure out something to do with kids so we ended up playing two rounds of putt-putt and Ice Skating.. Now please remember I am from South Texas - it doesn't snow in South Texas - I have never Ice Skated... and now I know why (LOL) OMG!!! While I only fell once - because my legs are already fatigued from all the exercising I am doing - my poor legs were actually shaking - in the begining I would get half way around the rink and have to take a break. Finally got to where I could go around and around the rink... but it took lots of work - we stayed for about 3 and half hours and my body feels it today! So I am calling it exercise!!!
