    6WEC#43 will begin on Sunday, April 6 and runs through Saturday, May 17.

    Sign up!
    1. Tell us how many days a week you plan to exercise.
    2. Make a note of your beginning measurements. You do not have to post them here if you aren't comfortable doing that. Just be sure to write them down someplace safe to compare with your measurements at the end of the challenge. Click here for a picture that shows you where to measure.

    -Under arms, around chest
    -Fullest part of chest
    -Ribcage
    -Waist
    -Hips
    -Upper arm x 2
    -Thigh x 2
    -Weight

    Don't forget to check in!
    1. Look for the thread each day in this forum. It will be titled something like "6WEC#43, Week 1, Day 1, Sunday, April 6"
    2. Tell us whether you exercised, took a rest day or a sick day.

    Win something!
    1. The 3 Challengers who lose the most will earn a ribbon. Its determined first by inches and then by pounds.
    2. Those who complete all 6 weeks of the challenge without getting slugged will earn a slug free button. Sick days do not count as slugs.

      i'll be going for 5 days a week. i need to step it up a notch and hopefully some real outdoor walking will be in the very near future.... come on spring!

                Hi, I'd like to join. Can you please put me as 5 days a week thanks.
                Here are my measurements:
                underarms- 98cm (38.5)
                chest-104.5cm (41)
                ribs- 89cm (35)
                waist- 90cm (35.5)
                Hips- 112cm (44)
                thigh- Left: 57cm Right:57cm (22.5)
                Bicep- left:30.5 right:30.5 (12)

                The measurements in inches looks so much nicer. lol

                      Sign me up again! 4 days and i will have my measurements once the current 6 week challenge is done

                              Hmmm...ya know...I'm going to scale it back to 5 days with 2 rest days this time around. If I do more some weeks then that can just be a boost for me personally. The 6 days was a challenge but I made it work.
