      2 mile running/walking. Wow, I just moved into the 2nd phase or week of the couch to 5 k and its kickin my butt!! Oh well, as long as its kickin it into shape

                I think I am gonna call yesterday as REST Day - did some walking, but it wasn't for exercise and couldn't workout last night as I needed to pretend I was the TAX MAN

                    Walking for a couple of hours during the day then weights and stationary bike in the evening.
