2 mile running/walking. Wow, I just moved into the 2nd phase or week of the couch to 5 k and its kickin my butt!! Oh well, as long as its kickin it into shape

Walking for a couple of hours during the day then weights and stationary bike in the evening.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
